Praying Through the Window 8 is a worldwide prayer initiative focusing on The Persecuted Church in the 10/40 Window.
The one thing our persecuted brothers and sisters in the 10/40 Window ask for is our prayers. In 1 Corinthians 12:25-27, Paul writes, "If one part [of the Body] suffers, every part suffers with it." So as the Body of Christ we respond. Hebrews 13:3 says, "Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering."
The Persecuted Church in the 10/40 Window desperately needs our prayers for those whose hearts have been broken and stripped of their human dignity, for those dying from starvation, for the poor, the refugee, and the marginalized, and for those whom God has called to intercede and pray for transformation. |
